But one gray man...

But one gray man stood under the moonlight
waiting for me to stir the quietness in his soul
and as i gazed at his midnight dark eyes
he kissed me with lips of fire and heart of stone
and as i picked up the falling ashes from my face
the cool breeze in his silence
was flickering words i couldn’t chase
they sounded different from my own
uttered by a husky voice full of grace
allured my heart to start a race
and when i said “am alone”
his eyes shimmered and glimmered
like a galaxy floating in space
 his hands shivered and trembled
like a kid eager to explore the place
his long fine wings fit tightly around me
spreading warmth and love and serenity
 all in one embrace
then winter had to crawl under our feelings
little doubtful snowflakes had to fall from the ceiling
fading the moon behind clouds as vague as his core
and the night got darker and darker
until he was visible no more ...
